As a director of Eirvast, Univast manages the investment portfolio and is responsible for acquisition, letting and maintenance. In this way we ensure that our tenants receive an excellent service, while at the same time it keeps us in touch with the latest market developments and client preferences.

The asset management and investment focus is mainly on projects where further growth can be created. These are properties with an additional development potential or assets where we can unlock value by implementing the right strategy and an active management.
